Very interesting talk about the changing ways information is shared
, and how institutions must change or die.

that video is crazy! So basically he is saying that communications technology has left institutions meaningless. Embedded in the structure of these tools is the means to accomplish exactly what the institutions were trying to do, without any of the costs associated with those institutions. (I am just trying to solidify this in my head) I guess this is a bad time to try and get into journalism, ha. Seeing this kind of presentation is humbling, it just shows you how we have no clue how the world is going to change over time and in a couple of decades, nothing will look the same..crazy
